Medication Refill Notice: Schedule appointments within a year from the last appointment to ensure timely medication refills.
There are several ways you can request prescriptions from Kansas Diabetes and Endocrinology Center
- Contact Your Pharmacy:
For refills of medications you are already taking, the easiest way is to have your pharmacy request a refill electronically from our office. They will send us the necessary information, and we will authorize the refill directly to the pharmacy. - Patient Portal:
- If you have access to our patient portal, please go online and request your medication refills there.
- Call Our Office:
- You can also call our office during business hours at (316-350-5455).
We will need the following information:- Your name, birth date, and phone number
- The name, dosage, and frequency of the medication you need refilled
- The name, location, and phone number of your pharmacy

Please allow one full business day for us to process your request, and additional time for your pharmacy to fill the prescription.
Note that we cannot refill prescriptions if you have not been seen in the clinic for over a year or if you have missed scheduled follow-up appointments.
